Over the last 18 years, we have produced caps for many small clubs right through to multi-national blue chip companies. An average order is usually around 250 caps, with the largest so far far being 8000. Over the years we have produced several hundred thousand cap's and still occasionally spot the odd one from the early days.
Cap embroidery is problably the most difficult of the embroidery skills to master. Many embroiderers avoid caps because they require a completely different technique to flat work such as polo shirts. We have made this our speciality and now embroider caps for other embroiderery companies as well as supplying direct. Quality is paramount at Damant Ltd. We set our standards high because when people see your logo, you want them to see it looking great, not just OK. On the factory floor, we work to a rule. "Every cap has a customers name on it, but it also has ours. If it's bad it's not going out."
We welcome visitors and our happy to show people around our production facilities. Quite often it's hard to prise people away from the production area as they amazed at how the machinery actually works. I must admit even after 18 years a really complicated design still grabs my attention.
